When you send an enquiry through our website, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us: typically your name, phone number, email address, the programme you are interested in, and anything you write in your message. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Like most websites, we also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo class or counselling session.
- To send you information about batches, schedules and exam dates you have asked about.
- To keep records of students enrolled with us, as any institute must.
- To improve the website.
Who we share it with
Nobody, for marketing. Your enquiry is delivered to our team by an email delivery service acting on our instructions, and our website is hosted by third-party infrastructure providers. These providers process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can follow up if you return. Student records are kept for the duration of enrolment and as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email ssbeacademy@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
